[Buildroot] How to select python-cryptograhy package

Hi everyone,

I am trying to build an image for a Raspberry Pi 3B with Buildroot
(Vvrsion 2022.02.1. I have selected the package python3, but I need to
use the package python-cryptograhy (BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_CRYPTOGRAPHY),
but it seemed to be that in this release 2022.02.1, it has to be
selected these two packages:

Depends on: BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON3 [=y] &&
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_RUSTC_TARGET_ARCH_SUPPORTS [=n]

But I am not able how to select this package:
BR2_PACKAGE_HOST_RUSTC_TARGET_ARCH_SUPPORTS.

Can anyone help me out?
