With this patch applied locally, I played around in menuconfig, with 
several architectures and FP strategies, and swapping around the Bootlin 
toolchain with the other ones. When they exist on Bootlin servers, the 
correct toolchains are proposed. The help text are clear and straight to 
the point. Also, I ran support/scripts/gen-bootlin-toolchains and 
obtained the exact same file.
